The Box Office is open only on event days from 12:00PM to 30 minutes after scheduled event start time.
What payment types are accepted?
The Box Office accepts cash and all major credit cards.
What are the will call rules?
Bring Photo ID, Credit Card, and Ticketmaster confirmation number. Note: The credit card holder must be present for ticket pick up. Will Call should be picked up at least 2 hours before show time on day of show to avoid delays. Please arrive early if you are picking up Will Call Tickets OR to avoid long lines, select SafeTix delivery, where your phone is your ticket. Dolby Live enforces a $25 Reprint Fee. Any re-prints for tickets not printed prior to arriving at the venue will incur a $25 Reprint Fee.

No bags or backpacks will be permitted into the venue except for small personal bags or purses (12 x 12 x 6 max). No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes permitted. Signs must be relevant to event. Signs may not contain or display obscene or offensive language and/or pictures as determined by venue management.
