When is the box office open?

Box office is open 2pm-6pm every Tuesday, and open at 10am on event days.

What payment types are accepted?

All major credit cards are accepted, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Cash is also accepted. Contactless payment including Apple Pay, Android Pay, and Samsung pay are accepted at all points of sale and encouraged. You can also pay by loading your credit card into your digital wallet.

What are the will call rules?

Will Call is only available on an event to event basis. If Will Call is available it will located at the Box Office on Christmas Tree Lane. Box Office opens at 10am on event days.

What are the parking options at BMO Stadium?

Parking at Expo Park is limited; plan to arrive early. Parking at Expo Park is $60 to $80 depending on the event.

Is there accessible seating?

BMO Stadium is committed to providing an enjoyable experience for all guests in attendance at each event, including guests with disabilities. The venue has been designed and built to meet or exceed the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). BMO Stadium staff will assist you with any specific accommodation you have before, during, and after an event. Services include Assisted Listening Devices, Sensory kits, and wheelchair escorts & storage. Interpretation Services are not guaranteed for every event; However, we will make every effort to accommodate each request with appropriate advanced notice, at least two (2) weeks prior to the event. Are children allowed?

Children two and under will be admitted free but will be required to sit on a ticket holders lap. Children who have had their third birthday, or who require their own seat will require a ticket.
