When is the box office open?

The Wintrust Arena Box Office is open on Tuesdays and Fridays from 11:00AM to 6:00PM. The Wintrust Arena and Arie Crown Theater box offices will open approximately 3 hours prior to an event. The Arie Crown Theater box office will ONLY be open on days that the Arie Crown Theater has an event. Tickets can also be purchased online at Ticketmaster.com.

What payment types are accepted?

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Cash will not be accepted.

What are the will call rules?

All tickets are delivered digitally now. There is no longer an option for will call available.

What are the parking options at Wintrust Arena?

Parking Information: Parking is available at any McCormick Place Parking Garage for $25.00. The closest garage to the Wintrust Arena is Parking Lot A, located just south of the arena at 2301 S. Prairie Ave, Chicago, IL 60616. The closest garage is Arie Crown Theater is Parking Lot C, located just south of the theater at 2227 S. Dearborn Drive, Chicago, IL 60616.

What are the general rules of Wintrust Arena?

Doors will typically open 1 hour prior to the event time noted on your ticket. However, all door times are subject to change. Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to, the following: • Purses, bags or containers larger than a small clutch bag (a clutch bag is 4.5x6.5" or 6.5x4.5", approximately the size of a hand without a strap). • Camera bags • Cinch bags • Briefcases • Computer bags • Backpacks • Coolers (including thermos) • Fanny packs • Luggage of any kind Patrons may bring in the following bags: • Wintrust Arena approved clear plastic, vinyl or PVC that do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" • Bags may be hand carried or have a shoulder strap. • One gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc). No commercial or flash photography of any kind is permitted. Selfie sticks are not permitted within the Arena. Camcorders or any other audio/visual equipment is prohibited unless authorized by team/promoter or performer. If you have questions about a particular event please call ... Specifically, the use of the following equipment is not permitted: • Lenses greater than three-and-one-half inches in length • Telephoto or zoom lenses of any kind • Interchangeable lenses of any kind • Monopods, tripods or selfie sticks

Are children allowed?

For all concert events, all guests— including children— are required to have a ticket to enter the arena.
