The box office at Old Foresters Paristown Hall will be open starting an hour prior to each event. Hours may vary on the day of the event. For advanced ticket sales, the Kentucky Performing Arts drivethru box office, located at 501 West Main Street, Louisville, KY 40202, is open Monday through Friday 11:00am to 6:00pm. Parking is available next to the venue on Swan Street. The lot will have an attendant. There will be an Uber and Lyft drop off and pick up area at the corner of Vine and Swan.

All levels of Old Foresters Paristown Hall are wheelchair accessible. The accessible location for viewing events is reserved towards the front of the venue. Space is limited. What are the general rules of Old Forester's Paristown Hall?

Patrons will be subject to bag checks and wanding when entering the venue. Prohibited Items include: Weapons; Outside alcohol, food, beverages, cans or bottles; Animals that are not Service Animals; Cameras, video cameras and recording devices; Coolers; Drones or Unmanned Aircraft Systems; Fireworks; Illegal drugs or paraphernalia; Large signs or signs with sticks in or on them; Laser pointers; Oversized purses and backpacks; Selfie sticks; Folding chairs. Security will perform an ID check at the time of ticket scanning and give wristbands to those patrons of drinking age. Premium ticketholders will receive a wristband at the same time (2 total if drinking age). Those under drinking age will not receive a wristband and will have an X marked on their hand.

Are children allowed?

All patrons need a ticket, regardless of age. There is not an age requirement to enter the venue. Event-specific age requirements, if present, will be listed in the event information. All tickets are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable. Patrons are expected to familiarize themselves with the artists material prior to purchase.
